Refund Policy

Items may be returned, on a case-by-case basis. If you wish to return something, it must be undamaged, unused, and clean. You must email us immediately upon receiving your order.

Remember to keep a record of your return's tracking number in case DHL is unable to locate it. Your refund will be credited to the same card used to make the original purchase. We'll send you an email once we've processed your refund.

Custom made pieces consists of one-of-a-kind pieces, we have a no returns/exchanges policy.
